Team Policies
1. Team members are expected to train the minimum number of days for the level squad they are on.
2. Team members are expected to train to compete on both 1 and 3 meter boards. Along with this, team members are expected to compete on both boards at meets we attend. Exceptions will be determined by the coaching staff on a case by case basis due to injury or diver readiness.
3. Required uniform for meets is a logo'd team suit. Other items including shorts and warm-ups are encouraged but not required. Our team store can be accessed here.

4. Most dive clubs will use the website www.divemeets.com, to administer dive sheets for entrants in their meets. Redbird Dive Club will set up and manage each of our divers accounts on this website in order to ensure that dive sheets are entered correctly and in a timely manner. We will require any diver that joins the team with an already existing account at Divemeets to provide their login and password.
5. At competition meets, Redbird Diving expects every athlete to represent our team with a positive attitude, good sportsmanship and respect towards other divers, coaches, officials and parents (especially their own). Any diver that exhibits behavior that violates this expectation may be withdrawn from competition without refund of fees, be suspended from the team, asked to leave the team or a combination thereof at the discretion of the coaching staff.
